Transfer Contracts for Yeniköy Kemerköy Thermal Plants have been signed.

Transfer Contracts for the Asset Sales of Kemerköy and Yeniköy Thermal Plants, Mineral Rights and the Operation Rights to Kemerköy Harbor Reach which is recorded to be the 5th biggest privatisation tender in the history of the republic were finalised between EUAS and Yeniköy Kemerköy Elektrik Üretim ve Ticaret A.S. on 23.12.2014 and we hope that this contract proves beneficial to, firstly, our country and, then, our company..
 
Yeniköy and Kemerköy Thermal Plants  were made active respectively in 1987 and 1995 in order to generate electricity with local lignite coal of Milas district, Muğla province as fuel.
 
•    Yeniköy Thermal Plant is compromised of 2 units each of which has 210 MW capacity.
•    Kemerköy Thermal Plant is compromised of 3 units each of which has 210 MW capacity.
 
With the transfer contract, the rights to the Mineral Licenses were granted to us until 2047 and the rights to operate Kemerköy Harbor Reach were granted to us until 2062.
