ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIBILITY

Within the framework of IC İbrahim Çeçen Yatırım Holding A.Ş.Codes of Conduct, administrators are responsible for transfer of all codes abovementioned and execution of activities in accordance with these codes. 
The most important entity and priority of IC İbrahim Çeçen Yatırım Holding A.Ş is the human resource that it has. Holding and firm administrators and executives have ethical obligations towards employees. 

ADMINISTRATORS

• adopt protecting all fundamental rights determined by law and character honor of employees as core principle,
• form quality, safe and healthy working conditions for employees and enable them to work happily and efficiently,
• shape their behaviors towards employees in the frame of respect and give importance to confidentiality of private life, 
• never harass psychologically against employees, 
• never make discrimination among employees and stick to fairness and justice principle in every way, 
• try to make their employees participate in decision making process and creates an atmosphere that they can express their ideas freely.
